THE AGONIST Vocalist, FIREWIND Guitarist Design Album Covers For Each Other
October 20, 2007While on the road in the U.S. together recently, THE AGONIST frontwoman Alissa White-Gluz and FIREWIND guitarist Gus G. were asked to do "a very unique interview... we were asked to design an album cover for each other that would then be auctioned off on a metal show," said White-Gluz. "I have to say it was refreshing and a lot of fun, it was cool to be able to color and draw instead of answer repetitive questions! I felt like I was in kindergarten again!!

A new THE AGONIST e-card is now available, featuring video messages from vocalist Alissa White-Gluz discussing the meaning behind each track on the band's debut CD, "Once Only Imagined", along with their first music video for the track "Business Suits and Combat Boots", shot by renowned director David Brodsky (ALL THAT REMAINS, GWAR, THE RED CHORD). "Once Only Imagined" tackles some of society's biggest issues, including animal testing, drug abuse, eating disorders, environmental protection and man's inhumanity towards man and animals. The band's ultimate goal, though, is simply to encourage people to think for themselves.
